The Budapest -> Vienna -> Bratislava triangle is insane

The year is 2019, I’m sitting in art class at my normal table hidden in the back of the storage room. It’s me and a few others hunched over working on our pieces. I’m talking big again throwing out my dreams and how I’m not gonna stop until I make it happen. They’ve heard it all before. Every one of my friends had heard me yap how I was gonna be an Artist. A couple of them told me I was crazy. A few told me it wasn’t gonna happen.

I’m pretty stubborn.

Thank you so much for @theapanage for seeing my potential and giving me a platform to share my art with the world. It’s been an honor and a privilege.

They might’ve spelt Prosono wrong but hey it’s a lot of Os. It wouldn’t be me if it was perfect.❤️

I’ve always had icy cold hands. My dad likes to hold my hands and remind me “Cold hands, warm heart!” His hands are pretty cold too. I must’ve gotten it from him.

I’m pretty damn lucky to have a dad like him.

Been wanting to illustrate this picture for a while. When I was sixteen my Dad insisted we take a roadtrip to Tennessee. Got to bring one of my best friends with me too. Sped around the state in my little red mustang- almost drove all the way down to Mississippi. He taught me the importance of adventure. Like I said, I’m really lucky.

This Berlin winter got me feeling nostalgic for the warmth and comfort only a Waffle House can provide.

I’ve been waiting for the proper time to post this…

Some words I wrote about the legendary John Caudill…

John is an unforgettable man. He was a bright light in a dark world. I had the pleasure to get to know John these last four years at UNCSA. I worked along side him as a fellow Director. I truly admired John and his extraordinary vision to make anything in his mind’s eye into reality. He once had me beat up a vending machine while licking my lips for one of his films. In return I had him wear a bright pink 80s leotard and do Jazzercise for one of my own films. I also once sprayed hairspray right in his face for a film. Every time I watched John’s work I would think to myself ”he’s going to be famous”. I still watch his films every time I need a laugh. My personal favorite is “No Bustin’ Household” which I still watch anytime I’m feeling down. It’s a great talent to be able to make someone laugh in this world. Not a lot of people can do it, but it was always second nature for John. John will always have a special place in my heart. When I’m sad, I’m going to still go watch “No Bustin’ Household” and thank John for being able to make me smile. John was much more than just a classmate, I’m honored to say he was my friend. I’ll miss going paddle boarding, sitting around the fire, singing karaoke, finding cool rocks in Saluda, his supreme hat, his iconic Birkenstocks, and making films with him. I’m most of all going to miss John.
